Project Kick-off meeting

Eight partners from Latvia and Estonia met in Vidzeme to start the project #Wateract. It is planned to start public monitoring and to develop public web tool for monitoring, as well as develop habitats guide for habitat experts, train water management experts to work with R programming language and to realize much more needed actions.
