Project WaterAct is currently running 3rd period and in one month we will start our 4th period. Time flies fast. So, what have we done in this period?
We are getting ready for voluntary spring monitoring campaign. On 17.02. 2021. Tallin University and Vidzeme Planning Region had a meeting about the organization of campaign (preperation of visual materials, spring monitoring guide etc.). We are planning to launch the campaign in the beginning of April.
In Latvia there is an ongoing project LIFE Goodwater IP (http://goodwater.lv/) and our project will be involved where we will show our results and developed methodologies that will be included in River Basin Management plans. We have already had 2 meetings with LIFE project partners.
On 25.02.2021. all project partners met in online meeting where we discussed about the status of all the tasks and whether we are facing any problems.
Now we are continuing to develop Habitats guide, spring monitoring guide, joint principles for groundwater assessment, groundwater body delineation etc.
